PawPlan stores data on-device. If you delete the app, iOS may remove the app’s local data. We recommend exporting a backup regularly (see FAQ).
Tip: If you use iCloud device backups, restoring your iPhone from a recent backup may also restore PawPlan’s data.
FAQ
What is PawPlan?
PawPlan helps you manage pet care: medications, weight, appointments, and medical records — all stored locally on your iPhone.
Where is my data stored?
All data is saved on your device. PawPlan does not require an account and does not send your entries to a server.
How do I export or back up my data?
Use the app’s Export feature (if available) to create a backup you can save to Files or share to yourself. Keep backups somewhere safe.
How do I manage or cancel a subscription?
Open Settings → your name → Subscriptions. You can also use Apple’s guide: Manage subscriptions.
I found a bug — what should I include in my email?
Describe what you expected to happen, what actually happened, your iPhone model, iOS version, and steps to reproduce. Screenshots are very helpful.
