PawPlan — Privacy Policy

PawPlan is designed to store your pet-care information on your device. We do not operate a cloud service for your data and we do not sell personal information.
Information the App Stores
Entries you add (such as medications, weight, appointments, and documents) are saved locally on your iPhone or iPad. If you delete the app, iOS may remove this data. You can export a backup at any time using the app’s export feature (if available).
Information We Collect
- Support Emails: If you contact us by email, we’ll receive the information you include (such as your email address and message). We use this only to respond and for troubleshooting. We retain these communications as needed for records.
- Device Analytics: Apple may provide anonymous, aggregated diagnostics if you’ve opted into sharing analytics on your device. We don’t receive information that directly identifies you from this.
Data Sharing
We don’t sell your personal information. We don’t share your in-app data with third parties except as required by law or with your consent (for example, when you choose to export or share a file).
Children’s Privacy
PawPlan isn’t directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information via email, contact us and we’ll delete it.
Your Choices
- Back up or Delete: You control your data on the device. You may export backups or delete the app to remove local data.

Changes
We may update this policy as the app evolves. We’ll change the “Last updated” date above and, if changes are material, we’ll note them in the app or on our website.
